Our philosophy is that online trading, especially currency trading, is serious cutting edge international IT business. Our consultancy is not marketable and takes years to see how this can actually help. It is our feeling that most businesses don't know what they NEED to know; in other words, they don't understand how our services could be useful to them (until it's too late). FINANCIAL ACCOUNTS Elite E Services (EES) keeps corporate bank accounts at the Private Bank, Bank of New Zealand, Armagh Street branch.

EES does not accept customer deposits directly. When investing in an Elite Forex managed account (of any type) funds are held with a number of our forex trading brokers. EES is an Introducing Broker of several leading forex brokers. Funds are subject to applicable laws and regulations as set by the broker, NOT EES.

For large discretionary investors, client funds are deposited into a client funds account which is a trust account. Monies in this account may be used for trading purposes only.* Any monies other than for the purposes of investing are deposited into a flexi money business account.

EES also keeps online accounts at Pay Pal, e-gold, Storm Pal, and other online banks. We highly recommend using internet banking when transacting with us (or whichever way avoids the most fees and is the quickest and is electronic in nature).

CONSULTING FEES Elite E Services accepts consulting fees when consulting our partners on specific deals (when agreed upon in advance). This is considered a business expense by the payer. Elite E Services may accept these funds on behalf of the partners doing the consulting. For example, if an individual is consulting with you, on behalf of Elite E Services, EES may accept money on his behalf. In many cases we act as a go-between, not only finding the consultant and the counselee, but also offering the structures and tools of work.

CUSTOM BUILT / PROFESSIONAL Everything 'EES' is custom built from scratch (when possible) by EES or our partners. This ranges from our graphics to company letterhead to our offices. Our website, our computers, our legal structure, all built by our professional team.

CLIENT CRITERIA

• Must be an accredited investor; (defined by the U.S. S.E.C.) as an individual with a net worth of over one million dollars, or an annual income of over $200,000, and having previous experience with investments  -OR-
• Close business associates (defined as those doing regular business with EES, or company partners) -OR-
• Friends and relatives (defined as long-term friends and immediate family of directors, employees, or partners of EES) -OR-
• Those with the primary business of investments (defined as professionals in the fields of finance, investments, trading, economics, monetary policy, or other finance / investment related fields, such as electronic trading) -OR-
• Any other associate reasonably seen not as a member of the general public

COMPLIANCE / REGULATION Elite E Services is an Introducing Broker of several firms who act as a legal intermediary between clients and EES. In that capacity EES follows guidelines and regulations set out by various international financial regulatory bodies such as the NFA and CFTC in the USA. Even though such rules do not apply, as EES is a New Zealand based company, it is a guidance for EES to follow.
